Tim Gerwin is a founding partner of DwellParis and responsible for property acquisition, renovation and management. He has over 15 years of experience in the Paris and San Francisco real-estate markets, acquiring, renovating, decorating, managing, and selling high-end residential properties. Prior to starting DwellParis, Tim spent three years as a curator at the Louvre Museum where he was involved in preparing an expanded collection of oriental carpets and related items for display in a new dedicated wing of the museum. Tim studied decorative design and the history of European furniture at Sotheby's Institute in London, holds a MA degree in Material Culture and Decorative Arts History from Bard College, and a BA in French Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. He is fluent in French and English.

Andy Sirkin is a founding partner of DwellParis and is responsible transaction structure, finance, legal work and marketing. An attorney with offices in San Francisco and Paris, Andy was one of the pioneers in the fractional ownership movement when he first began specializing in co-ownership agreements in 1985. For the past 22 years, his law practice has been devoted to advising fractional ownership buyers and sellers, and he has created agreements for more than 3,000 fractional ownership groups. In addition, Andy has always been a "property renovation hobbyist", completing more than 40 building renovations in the U.S. and France. He holds a JD degree from Boston College and has been a member of the California Bar since 1984.
